Landwehr - Kellerbier

Bottom-fermented, cream-colored, yeasty cloudy full beer. A real beer specialty: soft, spicy and sparkling in taste. Precisely because it is unfiltered, this beer contains many minerals and vitamins. You could almost call it an energy drink. We also use brewing malt from the barley of our growers' association and caramel malt.
