Beer description

Bottom-fermented, bright beer brewed in the Pilsner style. A Pilsner with body and pronounced hop bitterness. You can also taste its fine hop aroma in the aftertaste. Brewed with Pilsner brewing malt made from barley from our growers' association and the finest Spalt aroma hops. This beer is named after the most famous mayor of the town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Heinrich Toppler.
