L'Ane La Voyageuse

IPA light beer. Its subtle mixture of "pale" type malt and caramel malt gives it a little rounding. The hops were selected to give them notes of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. In addition to the slight bitterness, there is also a hint of caramel in the mouth.
