L'Ane L'exploratrice

English porter style dark beer. This beer is made from 5 types of barley malt. Some have an aromatic side, others a smoky side reminiscent of tanned leather, still others a side with black fruit, candied fruit and caramel, and finally a subtle side with coffee. As for the hops, it's a lighter blend that gives the beer a discreet bitterness. Enjoy it more chamber music (15 ° C or a little more) to warm up a long winter evening, or cool (10 ° C) on a hot summer day.
