Central Waters Brewing - Last Minute Cobbler Ale with Peaches

Most of the time our beers are planned out months or even years ahead of time. But there are rare instances where we simply look at some spare ingredients we have laying around and wonder what we can make with them. This is one of those times. This beer is meant to pay homage to those days where we stand in front of an open fridge, scratching our heads, wondering how we're going to make a dessert for the last minute dinner guests we have coming over tonight.
