Hydromel (session mead) made with raspberry and acacia blossom honey, lavender, butterfly pea flower, and vanilla beans. The addition of vanilla beans gives a nice rounded sweetness to this mead, and balances out the floral notes and taste of the lavender, while the butterfly pea flower gives the mead its amazing color. The combination of the look, smell, and taste of this mead make it a really refreshing low abv mead that is perfect for the current heat wave of a summer that we are having or as an anytime easy drinking mead.
