Fauve - Le Jour Sera Comme La Nuit

We've been wanting to bring out this Coconut Imperial Stout from our microbrewery in Mauguio for ages. To the delight of the entire Fauve team and hopefully yours... here it is, here it is!!! 🥰 We were HYPER generous with Coconut, and god knows it's a pain to work with as an ingredient. But we succeeded! It smelled like coconut all the way to Place de la Comédie in downtown Montpellier... 😅 More info here on our coconut marathon 🥥🥥🥥 For us, this beer is a tsunami of greed spilling onto a tropical beach dotted with coconut palms. The texture is oily, syrupy, liquorish, call it what you will. And on top it caresses your tongue with ULTRA-enchanting coconut flavors.
