Beer description
Abricorium is a 100% Brettanomyces fermented saison to which apricot and peach have been added. After fermentation, the beer was acidified for 13 months in Prospecteur oak barrels. As well as offering an invigorating fruity nose, it has vinous, woody and tart flavours. (SRM 3)
