Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Concordance is a sour red wine made from Concord grapes and matured in oak barrels. Its acidity could make even the most accustomed jaws wince! Sip after sip, this good wheat beer stands out for its fruity, caramelised aromas. With its mixed fermentation and 16 months in oak casks, its rustic character will leave no one indifferent. With a perfect balance of candied fruit and sweetness, the result is a red ale inspired by the western Belgian red ale known as Oud Bruin or Brune des Flandres (SRM 15).
