IPAlaye! is a NEIPA (New England IPA) style beer flavoured with scented chamomile. This pale ale has a strong bitterness balanced by citrus and tropical fruit flavours. The addition of scented chamomile gives this beer a scent reminiscent of lemon and chamomile. If you drop it, you might just say IPAlaye! (SRM 5)
