Le Prospecteur - TiramiRousse

TiramiRousse is an Irish-inspired beer flavoured with coffee, cocoa and vanilla. Its distinctive taste is reminiscent of a tiramisu dessert. To achieve this, we cold-brewed a blend of 'Prospecteur' coffee from the Armorique roasting house, raw cocoa from the Choco-Mango chocolate factory and fresh vanilla beans. A lightly sweet beer with multiple flavours, perfect for drinking by the fireplace. (SRM 25)
