Beer description
V is a small volume beer that became famous during its time in Tennessee. Its generous white head shelters a liquid whose reddish appearance betrays the roasting that the bourbon barrels gave it. Its nose is reminiscent of sherry and hazelnut, then a sweet side that we feel mutated into vanilla bourbon. The mouth is an explosion of bubbles where time has replaced the bitterness with notes of burnt oak and the chocolate malts with a smooth caramel. The finish, all in roundness, sings the virtues of the flavors of Tennessee.
