La Bretteuse is an IPA aged for a long time in Pinot Noir and Zinfandel barrels invaded by brettanomyces. The result is a cloudy beer with orange accents whose nose evokes rose water, grapefruit and vanilla. On the palate, the acidity and bitterness engage in a long wedding waltz, a true marriage of flavors that just asks to be consumed
