Beer description
The sparkling gold-copper color of the Viennoise inevitably attracts the eye. On the nose, delicate notes of confectionery intertwine with the elegant vegetal aromas offered by noble hops. On the palate, the Viennoise is lively, sparkling, dry and crunchy. A biscuity palate enjoys accompanying a bitterness that is present, but never invasive. The Viennoise, with its beautiful length in the mouth, recalls its cousin Germaine.
