Le Trou du Diable - The White Blueberry

This unfiltered beer was created in accordance with the rules of the art. For 10 days, seventy-five pounds of blueberries delivered their aroma and color to the traditional Blanche de Shawi. The result is a delicious drink with purplish and nebulous accents, with a delicate nose of the small fruit. On the palate, one would think one was tasting the traditional Blanche de Shawi until a subtle but very present taste of blueberry creeps in at the end of the mouth.
