Le Trou du Diable - The White Raspberry

This unfiltered beer was made according to the rules of the art. For 10 days, seventy-five pounds of raspberries delivered their fragrance and color to the traditional Blanche de Shawi. The result is a delicious drink with pink and nebulous accents, with a violent nose of small fruits.
