Beer description
Like its sister, the Weizgripp Hefeweizen, this is a German-inspired wheat beer. However, this time, the addition of a few specialty malts gives it an amber color and deeper notes of cereals reminiscent of biscuits. It also has a clarity that is given by filtration. On the palate, a significant portion of the fruit notes are carried away by a dryness that gives it a thirst-quenching side. All this is supported by slightly acidic notes and a more frank alcohol attack.
