Left Field Brewery - Juniors

Celebrating the current class of second-gen players, Juniors British Mild is a classic session ale with a pint-sized ABV. We brewed this British style Mild with a base of Maris Otter malt, a blend of Thomas Fawcetts Crystal malts, and a touch of Chocolate, and Black Prinz malts for a carmelized flavour and beautiful deep amber colour. Lightly hopped with UK Challenger hops, Juniors has restrained bitterness, aromas of biscuit and raisin, with balanced flavours of dark caramel, cashew and grain with minimal sweetness and a dry finish.
