Legal Draft Beer Exhibit C IPA

Exhibit C is a nod to one hundredth brew. Used roughly 3 times the malt of Presumed Innocent IPA, and dry hopped the beer to add as much aroma as could squeeze out of the Centennial hops. The result is exquisitely rich, but more balanced and much less bitter than most will expect.
