Beer description

His special brewing composition, with more than 50% wheat malt, is particularly valuable and roasted malt beer, but also re-bred, obereneir wheat beer yeast give his unmistakable Weißbier character. See: Dark brown, lots of yeast rich in vitamins, creamy, compact foam. In the aroma: slightly toast-like, with fruity citrus and subtle banana tones. Refreshing, sparkling Gaunenstreichler. Mild, full-bodied, luxurious - with a harmonious sweetness.

Das Weizen hat eine schöne Farbe uns ist vollmundig im Geschmack. Kann aber in unserer Region (Nordbayern) leider mit den regionlen Weissbieren nicht mithalten.
