Beer description

In a bright yellow color, the Berlin Oak sparkles in the glass, with a scent of apple and citrus fruits. A hint of honey and subtle vanilla aromas from toasted oak wood join in. Fresh and balanced on the palate, the bitter Brettanomyces aromas and the fine tannins of the wood gently cling to the palate and tongue. Spicy finish. The Berlin Oak finishes with slightly smoky notes.
