Beer description

Lemke Brewery and Schneeeule have joined forces to brew three Berliner Weisse beers: “Dit Wilde” is brewed with Brettanomyces yeast and lactic acid cultures, along with blackberries—the local fruit of late summer. In addition to blackberry juice, fermented blackberry leaves are also used in the aging process. They give the beer a slightly wilder character and complement the fruity aromas with a tart note reminiscent of black tea or poppy seeds. The limited-edition trio made its debut at Berlin Beer Week (August 28 through September 6, 2026), where the three Berliner Weisses were poured for the first time.
