1521 Project 2 - Our Imperial Stout, stored in a rum barrel, presents itself in black with beige foam. Notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of rum can be detected on the nose. The full-bodied beer with medium carbonation reveals a complex composition of coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa, wood, rum, and a touch of vanilla on the palate.
