Beer description
Jim Beam's barrel aged Barley Wine was blended with selected stouts aged for two years in Heaven Hill barrels. The ratio was 25% Barley Wine and 75% Imperial Stout. The warming fig and chocolate flavors of our stout mingle with the rich caramel and butterscotch notes of the Barley Wine, while the barrels impart a rich oak and bourbon aftertaste.
