Our master brewers have selected natural cherry and sour cherry flavors to achieve a perfect balance between the acidity of the cherry and the sweetness of the fruit. Conceived, created and brewed in the heart of the Estérel region, Riviera Cherry is a unique recipe for an audience new to beer. The color is opaque thanks to the wheat malt, the cherry red color makes us think of a sweet and fruity mouth. The bubbling is brisk and continuous. The foam is smooth and delicate. The nose is fruity, with aromas of cherry, cherry and stone. A slight acidity is noticeable.
