Pours hazy golden-orange with a big, slowly thinning, frothy, white head. Aroma of apple peel, yeast, breadcrust, grass, young cheese, mandarin, some iron, weird whiff of 'peeled shrimps' when warming up. Taste is medium fruity sweet, hints of orange, mandarin & apple on a bready & cheesy base with a sour touch of zesty citrus; underlying bitterness becomes more apparent in the dry, grassy hoppy finish where fruit rinds, yeast & a metallic accent linger. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Unconvincing; could become 'decent', but still anonymous in the end, with some cleaning.
