Very veiled golden blonde topped with an important white foam neck of remarkable stability, a superb snowy texture. Nose dominated by a scent of pineapple, peach, stone fruits, rubbery bias. Supple and mellow sip, with a fruity attack consistent with the nose which then reveals herbal and spicy notes and a pronounced bitterness on the finish. The palate is round, the aromas complement each other in a coherent way. The finish is long and dry. Medium build, medium carbonation. Impressive thirst-quenching beer, complex: fruity and herbaceous, sweet and dry over the length of the sip.
