Beer description
For the 31st edition of the Décibulles festival, of which we have been partners for 4 years now, we decided to put the spotlight on the terroir and prove that we don't always need American hops!
Malts from Bergheim (68) from Maltala, hops from Hop France (67) in Brumath, a dry hop just like its American cousins at 19g/L and bam! Here is an Old School IPA, both bitter and aromatic, with citrus and herbaceous notes!
