Fauve - Les Quatre Cents Coups

"Les Quatre Cent Coups" is the result of a quadruple collab, an 8-handed collaboration with 3 UK breweries that have always inspired us in the past: Verdant, North Brewing and Left Handed Giant! On the program: a big DDH Double IPA at Strata and Barbe Rouge. Expect lovely notes of red fruits in this ultra-juicy Double NEIPA, double-hopped to absurd levels (collab' obligatory). On the nose, an explosion of red fruits tickles our nostrils, thanks to the use of 2 hop varieties well known for their tendency towards strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant. On the palate, it's sweet and reminds us of the pink chewing gums of our childhood (we won't name a brand, but some of them were also "dual-tasting").
