A single-malt and single-hop beer, we highlighted Two Track Malting Company’s Dakota malt to display sweet notes of honey and nuts. Aggressive additions of Zeus hops throughout the brewing and fermentation process offer an herbal and spicy aroma with a citrus flavor profile to round out the finish. It’ll make you say less talk, more haze.
