Beer description
Bottle-fermented bottom-fermented beer, unfiltered and unpasteurised. Black colour with soft, persistent foam. Aroma of chocolate with hints of cocoa and coffee. Lean body tending to dryness. Round and balanced. Delicate crispness gives way to malty notes with hints of chocolate and liquorice.
