Aubree Rye Saison aged for an additional 6 months before being racked onto dried chipotle peppers. This spicy Rye Saison will be the perfect balance of rye spice, oak, tartness, and a little heat as it goes down. The nose has strong notes of leather and charred oak while the finish warms the sole on a cold rainy day.
