After 14 months in the cask, an intimate marriage of whiskey flavours with our specially brewed organic doppelbock has been created. Hand bottled in numbered bottles, each bottle is unique and has the potential to build a beer collection that, like a good wine, stored dark and standing, will get even better over the years.
