Sawdust City Brewing Co. - Limberlost Bruin - 2021

A blend of brown ales inspired by beer from the Bière De Garde farmhouse style of Northern France. A portion of the beer was aged in puncheons with a unique spontaneous yeast strain, while the other portion was fermented in stainless with our house ale strain. More approachable than in years past, with a malt-forward body, a touch of barnyard funk and a slightly tart finish. It’s a deceptively deep and contemplative beer, with its many layers revealing themselves on each sip.
