Limberlost Pomme is a true blend of beer and cider. Our blonde ale blended with Ontario grown apple juice from West Ave Cider House, co-fermented and aged in oak puncheons with our unique Limberlost yeast strain. Finally we added fresh beer & cider and let it finish in our stainless vessels. Can-conditioned to a lively effervescence, this blend creates a sour ale with aromas and flavours of apple and farmhouse funk. A taste explosion waiting to be explored.
