Pouring a bright golden yellow, this funk-forward sour ale is brimming with delicious aromas and flavours of fresh hops, oak and funk. A true collaboration, this is a blend of freshly brewed we- hopped Saison from Quayle’s Brewery and our own puncheon-aged blonde ale. Once blended in stainless, we then dry hopped it with fresh hops harvested from Quayle’s Brewery own hop farm.. Can conditioned to a lively effervescence, this complex ale is a flavour explosion just waiting to be explored.
