Sawdust City Brewing Co. - Limberlost Wild Blueberries - 2019

Born in the wilds of the Limberlost forest this tart spontaneously fermented ale pours a beautiful deep blue and has aromas of fruit and dusty farmhouse funk. Tart without being too sour, it drinks very easily with the wild blueberry calming the beer down and balancing it out. The blueberry carries through to the finish and the lively carbonation gives it a nice dry finish.
