Citrusy-Salty-Tart: Gose, pronounced "gose-uh," is an historical German style wheat ale brewed with salt and coriander. The use of salt is to imitate the natural salinity of the water from this style's birthplace. Our latest gose creation was made with lime peel for a kick of citrus that gose perfect with sunny afternoons. No lime wedge necessary.
