Eisbock - Limited #7 – G.O.A.T. – Weizenbock

The model for this LIMTED was our internationally award-winning Weizendoppelbock. With a lower original wort and exotic hop varieties, this Weizenbock presents itself as a wolf in sheep's clothing. On the nose, a ripe banana is accompanied by tangerine and a hint of dates. Strong in the mouth, phenolic notes develop with a subtle bitterness and light caramel. A balanced interplay of sweetness and bitterness develops in the finish.
