Lindeboom - Willem's Erfenis: Quadrupel

In 1870, Willem Geenen brewed his first beer in the barn next to the eighty-year-old lime tree. In honor of the brewery's 155th anniversary, we are adding a masterpiece to his legacy: Willem's Quadrupel. A top-fermented Quadrupel, brewed in the tradition of Belgian abbey beers with subtle notes of caramel, toffee, dried figs, and a hint of toasted bread. The dark color betrays the deep maltiness, while the refined hop bitterness brings everything into beautiful balance. After an extra-long maturation in the cool, dark cellars of the brewery, this beer comes to life. Here you can taste the result of generations of craftsmanship—with attention, patience, and the conviction that good beer should take time.
