Dubbel with honey and spices For our Christmas beer we have chosen a typical Belgian style, the Dubbel. It is a dark, fairly strong beer with a round, somewhat sweet taste. We added honey, harvested just 100 meters from our farm in Chanteloup, and a few spices.
