Beer description
This season, at the beginning of the tasting, we have tart and candied fruits: you can smell citrus fruits in general, and lemons in particular. In the mouth, however, it is easier to perceive the characteristic spices of hops, which are carried by a beautiful green bitterness. The latter continues to distill a touch of acidity associated with the citrus fruits that were smelled on the nose. The finish comes quickly, is dry and bitter and carries the grassy notes of hops deep within.
