L'Instant - La Française

"La Française" is a single-hop beer that we brewed to honor the ingredients of the French soil. It combines malt from the Brie with the Mistral hops from Alsace. On the nose, notes of white fruits, citrus fruits and flowers appear, aromas that you will also find in the mouth, combined with the grainy hints of the malts. An ideal beer to accompany a whole meal.
