Lion’s Tail - Palms

Simple, light, and tart - this classic Berliner Weiss was brewed with pilsner malt plus malted wheat and then kettle-soured to a moderate tartness. We then lightly fruited with the classic POG Juice combination of Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava.
