Beer description
Sour mead made with orange blossom honey. The first experimental batch of sour mead from the Fermatorium. Backsweetening (adding sugar after completion and stabilization of fermentation) with orange blossom honey as nice complimentary citrus sweetness to the tartness of the sour base. This makes for a nice easy drinking mead that feels similar to kettle-soured beers.
