Litra Brewing Company - D‘angelique

A very popular Belgian style of beer. Brewed with special semi-slanted yeast that actually creates the character of this beer, giving notes of old wood and slight sour notes. To complete the character of the beer, we used German hops which provide a refreshing Sauvignon note in combination with a Japanese hop to give a lime note and pepper notes. A refreshing refreshment that is good to enjoy in hot and cold weather.
