Little Creatures - Cascadian Nights

Something soul pleasing and comforting during the cooler months of winter. It’s dark in colour, led by a prominent Pacific Northwest hop trio of Cascade, Chinook, showcasing aromas of citrus, pine and a resinous/dank contribution from Columbus. The body has some sweet malt flavors from caramelized malt with hints of roastiness. The flavours seek to strike a harmonious balance between malt and hops paired to a moderate body and a warming alcohol content.
