Beer description
The beer is a clear reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of bourbon, tart fruit, funky yeast and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky bourbon, tart cherry, funky yeast and malt. The finish is oaky and tart with a bourbon and cherry aftertaste.
