Beer description

My love for stouts and Belgian dark beers gave me the inspiration to brew Imbue. Brewed as a traditional oatmeal stout using the finest dark and roasted malts alongside heaps of oats and Willamette and Northern brewer hops. The Belgium influence comes in the form of the Dark Belgium Candi rocks and Abbaye Belgian-Style Ale Yeast used at a low temp to produce the dark fruit aromas and flavours of raisin, date and fig.
