Beer description
Double Dinky takes everything you love about Dinky and turns the throttle wide open. Built on the same malt base, hopped with the same Citra and Mosaic combo, and fermented with the same yeast — just more of everything. This time we went all-in and turned our easy-going pale ale into a full-bodied DDH NEIPA clocking in at 7.5%.
Expect a soft, juicy mouthfeel with intense waves of citrus, ripe peach, mango and lychee, backed by floral hop notes and a smooth, pillowy finish. Hazy, bold and dangerously drinkable, Double Dinky proves that even the smallest locomotives can pull a very heavy load. Best enjoyed slowly… but good luck with that.
